Follow all instructions carefully and return completed materials to GSIS by mail for evaluation. Please note: No application for admission will be considered until all materials have been received. Please submit the application fee along with the application. Application fees should be wire transferred into the Gyeonggi Suwon International School account # 630-005099-167 at the Korea Exchange Bank. Please submit the receipt along with the application.

	Step 1:  Fill out the application form completely, including the Educational Background section with the names of previous schools and years attended.
	Step 2:  Complete the medical form and include complete immunization records. A letter from the nurse is enclosed with detailed information. Please read carefully. To properly complete the medical check-up section, a doctor's visit will be required.
	Step 3:  Provide a photocopy of the student's passport and alien registration. (Please make sure you check the expiration date.)
	Step 4:  Include one (1) passport size photo. (Please attach the photo to the front page in the space provided on the Application Form.)
	Step 5:  Include ALL school records in English for at least the past three school years of your child's educational experience. (For 9th grade and above, provide official transcripts only.)
	Step 6:  (OPTIONAL-Autobiography) Without help, have the student applicant provide an essay in which he/she introduces himself/herself. Please discuss the following: interests, activities (extracurricular, community, athletic) and experiences you enjoy or value the most. (The student will also be asked for a writing sample the day of testing.)

	단계 1  입학 원서를 작성합니다. 1페이지 부터  4페이지까지 빠짐없이 기록하시고 1페이지 우측 상단에  최근 6개월 이내에 찍은 사진을 첨부하여 주시고 3 & 4 페이지에는 꼭 서명날인 하셔야 합니다. 입학원서는 홈페에지에서도 인쇄가 가능합니다.
	단계 2  유효기간이 지나지 않은 학생의 여권과 외국인 등록증사본을 준비합니다. 내국인 자격으로 응시 할 경우 만 3년 이상 외국에 거주했음을 증명하는 서류 (학교재학기록, 거주증명, 출입국사실증명 등) 를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
	단계 3  영문으로 된 지난 3년간의 학교 성적표를 모두 동봉하셔야 합니다. (9학년 이상일 경우는 반드시 학교에서 발행한 밀봉된 성적표- Official Transcript-를 제출하셔야 됩니다.)
	단계 4  추천서 2부를 영어선생님, 수학선생님 및 카운슬러선생님으로 부터 받아오셔야 합니다. 추천서 양식은 학교 홈페이지에서 내려 받으시기 바랍니다.
	단계 5  메디컬폼 (medical form) 을 작성합니다. 1,2,3페이지는 부모님께서 작성하시고 4 페이지의  신체검사는 가까운 소아과, 내과, 가정의학과를 방문하셔야 합니다. 의사의 서명이 있어야 하고 검진은 반드시 6개월 이내에 시행한 것만 유효합니다. 자세한 것은 첨부되어있는 학교 간호사의 편지 (letter from the nurse)를 읽어보십시요. 메디칼폼은 홈페이지에서 내려받으시기 바랍니다.
	단계 6  자기 소개서 (선택사항)를  학생이 다른 사람 도움 없이 영어로 써야 합니다.
